Worth it if you can make commission

Business Outlook

Pros

The management team is great and transparent. The energy on the floor is truly focused on helping the clients, and everyone is always welling to help each other out.

Cons

It can be difficult to make commission and the base pay is low. The job itself is mentally taxing, and your activity is monitored minute by minute.

Pros

Great environment to work in, extensive and continuous training, receptive managers eager to help out, and everyone has a great attitude I love the culture

Cons

Commission structure could be revised working with other companies I noticed there is a monetary guarantee while in training while learning the ropes which stops after training which helps if you're a salesperson that is used to making Commission you're usually paid based off what you sell here you have to hit a quota before obtaining commission that's the only thing I don't like about this company

Thank you for sharing your feedback—we truly appreciate it. Sales agents continue to receive base pay after training along with commission, and we’ve recently updated the commission structure for the first 30 days to make it easier for new team members to start earning sooner. We’re glad you’ve experienced responsive management, a positive culture, and helpful training. Creating an environment where every employee can thrive is a top priority for us, and we’re pleased that reflects your experience.

Pros

The culture is truly unmatched—collaborative, uplifting, and full of people who genuinely care. Management support has been outstanding since day one. You’re never left to figure things out alone. Uncapped commission structure gives you the opportunity to control your earnings if you're willing to put in the work. Fast-paced environment with lots of growth and learning opportunities.

Cons

Starting salary isn’t the most competitive, though commission can make up for it. Hiring sometimes feels rushed—filling seats quickly instead of promoting from within or waiting for the right fit. Lack of standardized operating procedures makes scaling feel chaotic at times. Growth is happening so fast, it’s starting to outpace internal systems and processes.
