1. Not even close to being a modern tech-stack or data-literate company 2. Limited analytics roles (mainly reporting and engineering in IT) 3. More of a contractual process-oriented business culture than member outcomes-oriented one 4. High leadership turnover in some divisions 5. Competitive salaries for tenured or specialized roles difficult to attain 6. Information and communication siloes not being addressed in a serious fashion

Good insurance benefits and some co-workers..

Cons

Unattainable expectations. Training is terrible and then wonder why employees don't catch on. Client calls gets transferred from one department to another. A lot of pass the buck. Questions to supervisors go unanswered. Tell employees they are doing well then drop the ball telling them they did not meet expectations! Software program is terrible!
