I liked my boss, and the work was fairly easy

Complaints to HR are not followed up. The person I had an issue with, my boss's boss, was the subject of several complaints, and yet rather than taking action this person has been promoted within the company.

Alliance Health has a formal procedure for staff to present their complaints and grievances so the organization may address them. In addition, Alliance Health has an established performance management system to address performance and conduct issues as well as recognize outstanding performance.
