Alliance pays extremely well, the top of their organizational level, and the benefits aren't shabby either.

Cons

Workload expectancy, management/supervisory staff don't offer enough encouragement and interest in other colleague's roles.

Pros

Salaries, benefits, opportunities for promotion and personal growth. People employed at Alliance are genuine and care about those they serve. I've never worked for an organization that cared so much about the details for the members they serve. Whole health is so important to thrive in this world and Alliance is working to ensure ALL have a fair chance, and equal access to services that focus on making people whole, i.e., assisting and facilitating employment, housing, social networks, mental health, and substance use counseling services.

Cons

I'm sure there are cons to this company but I've yet to find any. It helps that I'm not looking for any, either.
