Benefits are fantastic. Very inclusive DE&I clubs. Innovative. Open to hearing all employee's views/ideas. Professional development.

Cons

Very little time off. (For every month of working I 'earn' less than 1 day off.) Forced overtime with a "Flex" option that slyly gets around the law for overtime pay. Pay is average but not great.
