Work/life balance, benefits, leadership…. This company is absolutely great. I’m 35 yo and plan to retire from here. I don’t think there is anything better out there for me.

Lots of changes so hard to keep up with everything, communication between teams still needs to improve, if you are required to work in the field the work load is currently high
