People are passionate about their roles. The culture is fun. There are opportunities to develop and grow professionally.

Cons

The organization has grown is a short period of time and people are still adjusting to being a hybrid-work place. Some work initiatives seem to take a while to implement.

Great benefits, CFO is down to earth, compassionate and knowledgeable, everyone is happy to help each other, environment promotes finding ways to make things more efficient, lots of flexibility, promotes work life balance, everyone is understanding of mistakes and helps put in processes to prevent them in the future, opportunities for growth due to the growth of Alliance, the team works well together.

Cons

Recently there was a market study done that doesn’t seem to truly reflect the market for the financial positions on the team. Need to be ok with constant change due to Medicaid and MCO consolidation changes.
