Benefits package, amount of training available and received, open door policy, friendly staff, communication throughout departments. Yearly company picnic is fun.

Cons

Pay is not competitive with other MCOs, sometimes information is known by the public before employees, can be difficult to climb the ladder due to amount of supervisor positions available.

The people are great to work with.The overall attitude is positive. They are always trying to be upbeat and informative in the field.

Cons

The pay is low and the raises are not encouraging. The compensation is not based on prior experience. They should pay better to retain people.
