Cons

longer hours than I sometimes like but that is what I applied for.

I really enjoy the friendly team like atmosphere that Alliance creates. There always seem to be promotions happening from within the company - and most of the executives are easy to talk to. Incredibly stable company - great experience for the just our of college graduates.

Cons

I would have to say the biggest con is driving 44 in the Winter time. It can be downright scary if you don't have a reliable vehicle. The company it's self has more of an old school feel to it - not a lot shiny and new things happening.

Benefits are good, location being in a small town is easy to get to and you do not have to deal with a lot of traffic. The company is thriving and offers stability!

Cons

Need updated offices! Need to stay competitive in salaries and benefits to keep people interested in coming to and staying in Ripon!
