Alliance is a growing company with a positive outlook. Everyone I've encountered generally is satisfied with their role and while the organization is large, there is still the close knit feel of a smaller company. The Business Development Department at Alliance is small, but valuable to company sales with the position is a great way to start in an entry level salary position with Alliance.

Cons

This position can get tedious but supervisors and management are aware of this and try to compensate this aspect of the job by finding other projects or let you work on personal projects.
