Pay is good but working in toxic environment is not worth pay

Cons

Executives lead by intimation and have created an awful culture. They do not adhere to policies and are not open to ideas that differ from their own. The finance executives especially unrealistic expectations and gossip behind backs and are extremely unethical.

Decent pay and great people on the line

Cons

The culture has been completely ruined. The CEO has destroyed the company. His dirty tactics have been pushed down and forced on management. He has used them to fabricate reasons to fire people so they don’t have to pay severance. Then he cut them also. The company at this point is going down in flames when it comes to employee loyalty and culture. It was already hated by the public. The only thing he cares about is stock holders.

Peers and employees are great. Salary is fair

Cons

Frequent staff reductions based on automating and reducing work have left us with not enough staff to do the automation. Yes, staff was cut before workload was reduced. There is a lot of pressure on everyone to cut costs, but we are expected to support more technology. Some positions have been outsourced instead of opening them to qualified employees. It's all very disappointing.
