Keeping a few staff members with nothing to do but overloading other staff and not promoting.

The staff in the San Diego office was incredible. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The benefits are nice.

Cons

There are people watching YouTube at their desk while others are overloaded with work. Management tends to favor people and they're big into gossip. I had no trust in my management team. I wouldn't put a call into HR either. If you ever have a problem and talk to your boss about it - use caution nothing is confidential there.

Pros

Good pto and holiday schedule. Technological capabilities to work at home. Alot of nice people at Alliant but not necessarily in your own department.

Cons

Most departments seem to be understaffed, alot of the employees are doing the jobs of at least two people and of course only receiving one paycheck. Management plays favorites, too much politics at this place. Complaints fall on deaf ears. You will stay in one position for a long time.
