It is a full service farmers coop. It hinges heavily on seasonality and because of this, the hours can be crazy during those peak seasons. I think they are upfront about those issues though-they are working on evening the load in operations. It doesn't happen overnight but I see a lot of work in the background looking at these issues. Sometimes that isn't realized company wide.
As the co-op gets bigger it experiences 'growing pains'. It is hard on all the staff-old and new comers. Managers seem to be working to make improvements to not go through hiccups with each merger.
