Pros

None. Absolutely none at all.

Cons

Everything. Poor training, low pay, unreliable pay, high school atmosphere, etc. We were barely trained, promised a raise after training that was never seen. Paychecks never came on time and when they did came without postage so I had tp pay the postage on them. Never fit in, apparently wasn't fat enough because was teased mercilessly about being so thin. Ostracized. Management constantly breathing down your back. While pregnant, they counted how many times I went pee (1x/hr), had a manager follow me into the bathrool every time, and then wrote me up for peeing tpp much no joke. Also was forced to go pt when 7 months pg so lost all my benefits and was told I wouldn't have a job when I returned from maternity leave. I was basically forved out bc they couldn't find a legitimate reason to fire me. Oh and the insurance was a joke. It never paid one penny of anything. It was Hell and I have PTSD from it and now have to see a therapist because I was treated so poorly.

Pros

N/A but I still have to type 5 words.

Cons

Everything. Within the past year Allied has made continuous changes to the policies. First red flag, they will not tell you your pay range for your position! They no longer allow more than 5 days of PTO to roll over each year, they’ve changed the hybrid schedule to 1 day a week but during winter and spring HR requires full time in office. And as of July 1, they have taken EVERYONES SALARY that is below management level and has forced everyone to go back to an hourly rate.

Pros

Remote opportunity, ability to change positions and try different roles out.

Cons

If your looking for money this is not the place to be. The starting pay is extremely low even for seasoned employees with experience, unless you have a high totem pole role like VP. The annual reviews are terrible, don’t get your hopes up for those either. They push more work on you and claim for you to be flexible to learn new things but do not compensate appropriately for the demands they wish upon their staff. They keep employees who seem to make countless errors and do not value the ones who do a good job, are attentive to detail and really care about the work, clients and customers.
