Cons

Managers are dumb as rocks. They track every minute of your workday no matter your workload. If you make errors they conduct performance plans. You can get 10,000 items correct but 3 errors you will be threatened with termination and they will take away bonuses and raises.

Great workers, decent PTO, profitable business

Cons

Lack of diversity, incompetent HR leadership, against working from home (even though the CEO does it most of the time), poor pay (except in HR or a sales RVP), lack of advancement opportunities.

Pros

Very nice office and friendly environment. PTO is okay. Nice to be able to work from home if needed.

Cons

Tough to move up, and Sr. Management does not like to take the time develop it's employees. Pay is way below the market, which makes it very difficult to very earn a decent wage. You can count on a 2% raise year after year. All the money goes to the sales people, and the poor entry level folks are left you work pay check to pay check. Don't get me started on HR leadership. It's a joke.
