      Good people, good mission, good location

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked, over-stressed, and over-emotional. Management needs to rethink their culture and focus more on their greatest asset - people.

      Pros

      Hours and PTO work for my schedule. I am pursuing a Master's degree so I am able to have time for my classes

      Cons

      Trying to get promoted is next to impossible. I get rave reviews, always to work on time and do 110% of what I am asked to do. Company hires supervisiors from outside when there are qualified college educated employees internally for the job. Many of the current supervisors are unqualified and have no experience in dealing with employees on a supervisory level.

Each of our employees is required to complete the standard application process internally and must meet the minimum requirements to be considered for a job or promotion. In addition, we offer many generous development opportunities through certification bonuses and tuition reimbursement.

      Good people in company, dirty politics at top

      Pros

      My boss, Scott Graham was fantastic; best boss I've ever had.

      Cons

      Corruption in the higher ups. Covered a long term employee who did a lot of bad things, most notably putting peoples safety at risk to make himself look better. Top brass still protected him.

We take safety very seriously and are committed to a culture of safety. We have programs in place, including an employee led safety committee and onsite preventative injury specialist.
