Great benefits and leave of absence options to take care of yourself.

Cons

Company expects a lot from you in a short amount of time. Most of the time it's unrealistic changes, that wasn't thought out before implementing. Nor giving enough time to plan and implement process changes. Supervisors all the way to executive level need to include the people that are involved with processes to ensure positive change is effective and efficient.

Horrible Incompetent VP's And Directors The executive leadership makes poor business decisions, as a result impacting the finances of the organization. Has caused employees to be overworked and extremely stressed

The product does help improve lives. We did have a few good people, but the majority were very lazy and did not care about the product or company.

Cons

Wasted many hours trying to improve our department, but management does what they want. Although they have no experience in the field. They will not listen to employees input.

Each of our employees faces a standard application process and must meet the minimum requirements to be considered for a job or a promotion. We also conduct annual engagement surveys and encourage our employees to have an open dialogue with their managers if there are concerns about people on their team.
