We are working hard on our learning and development. Employees are empowered to grow professionally through on-the-job training and shadowing, as well as tuition reimbursement, certifications, and online courses. Our Manager Academy is in development to roll out soon. Thank you also for your thoughtful reflection of sometimes feeling isolated. We’ll continue to work to engage our employee base to connect within their departments and across the organization. We appreciate all the work that you do to serve our Mission at AlloSource. Working in a cleanroom setting can be physically demanding and we are clear with potential applicants about what the job entails. We offer internal training and development and encourage employees to communicate with managers to personalize growth opportunities. Our technician job is very important to the company’s success and pays more than other roles in the company.
