Pros

Improve the lives of others in need of allografts. Twelve hour shifts for three days and having 4 days off. Decent health, dental and retirement benefits.

Cons

Sometimes the internal departments do not communicate clearly. Managers of some departments are not very efficient in their leadership and this occasionally results in delays in production.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave positive comments, as well as your suggestions for improvement. We also encourage all employees to maintain an open dialogue with their manager if they have any concerns. Leaders do their best to manage employee expectations and urgent deadlines, which are a reality of AlloSource’s business. This year we rolled out a new company mission and vision statement which we hope better unifies us. We appreciate the work you do for us.

Pros

Leadership is awful, toxic culture, lots of unqualified people in Sales & Marketing. Lots of drama and favoritism in the hiring process

Cons

I know this sounds like a jaded employee but dont take my word for it, do your own due diligence and ask questions.

Pros

They offer training, loan forgiveness, benefits and upward mobility

Cons

You may not be in the department that you interview for and once here you are pretty much obligated to stay in your department for at least a year before being able to transfer. So if you’re department isn’t a good fit good luck. You’ll most likely need to stick it out for a while

Thank you for taking time to leave a review including constructive feedback. We appreciate your perspective and continue to work toward improving our processes to ensure employee and company success. We do communicate the multiple roles that come up under the same job title umbrella (Tissue Processing Technician) and confirm preference/willingness for each role during the interview process, but we will continue to work to clarify that communication more clearly. We truly appreciate the work you do for us and wish you the best as you continue to grow your career with us.
