We conduct an annual review of salaries to help ensure we offer competitive pay for the jobs we offer. We appreciate each employee’s dedication to honor the gift of tissue donation and feel our pay grades are fair based on comparative nonprofit and for-profit companies.
Our generous paid time off (PTO) plan includes 20 paid days off in the employee’s first year, which qualifies as vacation and sick time. In addition to our PTO policy, we also offer 10 paid holidays per year.
