Tissue banking is a unique, specialized industry. Our employees find it both challenging and rewarding to work in a high-performance culture that is led with transparent communication. Our on-the-job training program is robust, and we regularly evaluate it to ensure it supports employee success and development. As with all companies, all hourly employees are required to track their time to ensure compliance to pay and hours worked standards. We know this can be cumbersome and appreciate employees adhering to the process.
