      Tired and frustrated

      Pros

      Training was good, coworkers were great. These are the only pros that I can think of for this company

      The company is obsessed with making profits that they forgot how to make the employees' lives better. Instead, employees get tired and frustrated from pushing them so hard at work.

      Morale is at an all-time low

      The other departments have been a pleasure to work with

      Upper management has been promising the same things (merit increase, more creative work, ne hires, and many other thing) for several years now, it's been evidently clear that they have no interest in delivering on their word and are just interested in the bottom line. As a result, morale in the company is at an all-time low and has been plummeting each passing month.

      Good schedule, routine work, and decent work/life balance

      Cons

      You're just a tool as a production member. Potentially high biological hazard risk, due to the nature of work. Emphasise quantity over quality.

AlloSource also has a highly regarded safety program which consistently strives to promote the safety and well-being of the workforce at all times. We have many safety policies and procedures in place regarding our production environment that our employees are required to follow. We provide personal protective equipment to protect our number one asset, our employees. The safety of our employees is taken very seriously and is a critical part in the success of AlloSource!
