Pros

Alright pay scales, okay benefits, ability to work from home when needed, average working folks are awesome to work with.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent. No ownership of client issues and very silo structured. Don't ask for college reimbursement, you won't get that time off to use it. No clear escalation procedures for critical situations. Constantly changing focus of priorities makes it impossible to make progress on many fronts. Working with outdated technology.

Pros

Good salary & benefit packages... Company continues to grow, via acquisitions & adding staff

Cons

Lip service about caring for employees, overworked & under appreciated. Long hours for those on the road - with no concern about work/life balance. Growing so fast, they lost focus on staff who helped them get to where they are.

Pros

Over all the company is a good place to work. The salary and benefits package are competitive. Many people work remote, but there's a movement to reduce that for Development resources. The company has grown significantly in recent years and has a good long term strategy.

Cons

The CIO started in December 2012 and it appears that he is reorganizing the company to the way his previous company was structured. This is causing some leadership turnover and confusion. Just because your Director/VP/SVP changes, doesn't mean everyone knows about it. Job function changes are not defined and interdepartmental processes are weak.
