      Allscripts presentted themselves as a company who "cared" about their clients

      Cons

      Allscripts outsources their techincal support to Pune', India. Thus, providing no true support or customer service to their employees or their clients.

      Good benefits, work from home, decent pay, nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Too many mergers, docking employee pay to better company bottom line, company is in it for the money and not the greater good of healthcare, knowingly lets clients suffer due to managerial/employee inefficiency, neglects employee work needs (which, again, contributes to less than satisfactory customer service), refuses to hire new employees within the USA (as well as laying off employees in the USA) while continuing to hire employees in India, the list goes on...
