Senior management changes it's direction every couple of months. They keep on changing roles and responsibility of people. If you are on senior management side, you get all the appreciation regardless of your performance. People get promoted just because they were close to senior management regardless of their performance. If you are on other side of management, no matter how good you perform, you won't get appreciation.Senior management encourage politics, favoritism and manipulation. Senior management and people close to them, manipulate stories and turn it into blunt lie. People close to senior management are spreading lot of negativity, which is adversely effecting work environment and quality of product.
