Pros

Co Workers are nice, and understand the frustrations with you. Some people get to work from home which is a Pro, while others don't Insurance is nice and reasonable

Cons

Pay is based out of North Carolina office and is not geographically allocated to meet each cities pay demands. Promotion are non existent. Managers are a joke. Company is constantly in a lawsuit, therefore clients ask a lot of questions in regards to this. The new CEO is a joke all about numbers, doesn't care about any of the employees.

Pros

Co-workers: knowledge, helpfulness, teamwork Work from home option (required if implementation consultant) Benefits through 2012-2013

Cons

Management is hypocritical -- sends surveys, doesn't listen or follow-up to realistic suggestions. There is no work-life balance despite the 'program du jur' from HR trying to spin otherwise. Do not expect or anticipate any type of bonus or promotion in the near or far future, regardless of your true performance, knowledge, satisfaction with clients, etc.

Pros

I am not sure I have any Pros to discuss other than a group of talented individuals. Yes, I say individuals because the management segragated everyone to a point we can no longer interface between departments to improve overall knowledge, and instead created islands of information.

Cons

This employer works its employees to the bone and never compensated them for their efforts. They appear to be more focused on the bottom line and not getting sued than supporting their employees who make it all happen. The coding of the product is weak at best, and every release seems to get worse and worse, yet instead of fixing the current issue, they just keep putting out more of the same. Then they rely on their technical group to solve the issues and bail them out of the water. It was bad enough they stopped the pay for working 24days on a pager, and instead insisted they each rotate a week at a time for nothing other than their normal pay, and still expect you to perform you normal 40 hours a week day job. This is just insane, and a number of qualified employees left because of this action.
