Challenging assignments. You can learn a lot of different technologies. Free LinkedIn training. Management is outstanding. Very good company to work for.

There is a significant amount of On Call. Compensation for standby hours low.

Difficult to get promoted, lack of transparency from upper management about strategy/direction, seems like layoffs are used as a cost management option too often
