Cons

Corporate culture overworks those that are gifted and able which leads to burnout. Struggling with stock price right now so solely focused on sales and lacking focus on execution.

One track career. No ability to branch out to other areas. Management will not listen to employees or their division's needs? Management in Raliegh is a revolving door. Poor morale

Great people to work with. My manager was very supportive and my team was always looking out for each other.

Cons

Due to the history of the company growing through mergers and acquisitions, the organization is very dysfunctional. It was often hard to find a product expert and some of their products did not work well with each other.
