This office has lost most of its employees. They offshore every possible job and the offshore people are trained by the employees who are laid off later. The offshore staff don’t understand the work and do a poor job. The remaining US staff have to clean up the mess and pick up the workload of everyone who has been laid off. The computer system is not stable. Training is remote and not timely.

The wallet is very tightly closed. Technology & facilities are sourced for the cheapest price with little regard to quality. Layoffs were done without regard to the quality of the people retained.
