Cons
Sinking ship, stay away. Ones that are on are all jumping or looking to jump. Fire fights all day make this seem more like a poorly run startup less like an enterprise. If the customers knew how poorly build the application and hosting solutions are they would not sign on. The ones who are on are constantly frustrated with outages and slow response-time and looking to leave. Redundant Meetings all week long with PMs that are mostly contractors and don't know much about technology project management, followed by work on weekends all weekend long, so basically no personal life. The number of emails and meeting invites you send is directly proportional to the work others 'think you do' but inversely proportional to the work you actually do. Hope that helps any of you looking to come in here. They will not tell you that the bulk of the work happens on the weekends and sneak it in after you join.
