As a large organization, Allscripts could do a better job of improving communication between departments and groups. This would improve operations and overall client satisfaction. This is especially true because they have so many groups acting as independent business units.

A culture comprised of many mergers and acquisitions led by executives who have made horrendous business decisions with little regard to business impact. This is a company that varies to such an extent that an accurate assessment varies by business unit.
