Pros

Great people to work with. Industry is ripe for these solutions and they do make a difference for others. GiveBack program allows employees to serve their communities.

Cons

Never integrated solutions completely making it difficult for clients. Work Life Balance isn't possible because of cuts. CEO and HR don't care about people or respect people.

Pros

I have always enjoyed the attitude and work ethic of my coworkers. I've also been very fortunate to have exceptional direct managers. These are the reasons I've remained with Allscripts.

Cons

I haven't been impressed with the compensation (at times it's been WAY below industry standards) and I don't feel that the company values the individual nearly as much as they should. I also see a huge lack of collaboration between departments/teams. We often have similar projects being worked by different teams creating a waste of resources.
