      Pros

      Pays decent, well known brand, some employees are knowledgeable

      Cons

      No internal communication, upper management non transparent, NO company culture, outdated software, unorganized, tedious processes to achieve end goal, office was unnecessarily under construction several times during the year to remodel, and not enough customer service for clients.

      Pros

      Not many. Most of the co-workers are nice enough to talk to, until you need help with something.

      Cons

      Plenty.. Overstaffed in the areas that don't need it, understaffed where they do need staff. Every department is in silos. Trying to get assistance from another department is like pulling teeth. Lack of training/resources in some departments. Support has no way to obtain bonuses like the rest of the company does. Low morale.

      Unable to execute. No direction. Decisions are made in silos. Very poor communication.
