Pros

Love the team I work on The manager I directly report to is open, honest, and a joy to work for Friendly employees/teammates Good pay with raises most every year Good work/life balance (but this varies greatly by team)

Cons

No transparency No opportunity for bonuses unless you're in Sales Upper management/executive team do not seem to value employees all that much Recent lay-offs Aside from decent medical and retirement benefits, there are no benefits that really "wow" Touts a healthy lifestyle but does little to help employees achieve this

Pros

Great team atmosphere, opportunity to learn alot and grow within the company. Offers training to learn multiple sub specialties.

Cons

I really do not have much to say negative about the company since I am fairly new. Although the interview process took some time.

Pros

You are constantly learning something new. One pro i enjoy is the remote working environment. This company also very strong communication. I very much like how they keep their employees inform.

Cons

The onboarding process is a choppy. It depends on the division that you are associated with. I was receiving email for mandatory new hire meetings which in the company home state.
