Pros

Pipeline is very strong and the BU is actively hiring new associates as well as looking to transfer in other associates from other BU's.

Cons

There have many layers to middle management causing more confusion around actual roles and responsibilities; however, after the last reduction, that middle management was removed and now I believe it positions the company for greater success.

Cons

management doesn't care about the employees at all. A bunch of middle management that just sit around and does nothing. Massive layoffs through out the company while top executives exercise their stock options.

fair market value salary great colleagues (smart and caring) depending on manager, work/life balance can be flexible

Cons

Used to be a fun company but not so much now mediocre middle management no perks, no incentives, little to no career advancement and/or guidance
