Pros

Good Salaries Ability to work from home

Cons

Indian Contractors and Employees dominate this company-lack of interpersonal and communication skills when interfacing with Americans is a big problem. Continuous Crisis mode, working 7 days a week 12-14 hour days is not uncommon. No Work-Life Balance Very weak teams--lack of cohesiveness

Pros

Great pay, wonderful benefits, improving organization culture. Interesting work, company poised to take lead in global industry.

Cons

Large and spread out,you will not be promoted fast unless you actively press for promotion. Make sure you use this company for everything you can to boost your value in marketplace.

Pros

This company has good work culture and work life balance. Good transport. Those do not have any liabilities then they can join and get retirement from Allscripts.

Cons

If you are technical guy then never join this company, u are wasting u r time here. Now a days appraisals are not so good. Managers are not competitive and lacks technical and management skills. No onsite at all. Some Managers hide the reimbursement available for the employee (not sure why?). Lots of favoritism by manager while distributing the work. You have to work on outdated technologies like unmanaged C++, MLM etc. All the Directors and VP's are in Canada so managers here are behave like Directors. Canada Directors are not interested in India team, They interact with managers only.
