Great and talented people with a good team approach, but poorly managed. State of the art software but way too many bugs and coding issues.
Cons
Micro managed from all points, with too many "Islands of Information" which are almost never shared. Extended work hours regularly without compensation. Very poor review process with no real raises or bonuses despite covering the company’s many mishaps with clients. Serious lack of product training for each new release, so support members have to work mostly in the blind to figure out the process on their own, and zero documentation from all points of the products. Overall a very much unorganized group of managers who watch their flocks through a magnifying glass but never really listen or help. Also despite what they preach, there is no real life/work balance, as everyone in support is always on call or pager, and for no compensation…
