This employer works its employees to the bone and never compensated them for their efforts. They appear to be more focused on the bottom line and not getting sued than supporting their employees who make it all happen. The coding of the product is weak at best, and every release seems to get worse and worse, yet instead of fixing the current issue, they just keep putting out more of the same. Then they rely on their technical group to solve the issues and bail them out of the water. It was bad enough they stopped the pay for working 24days on a pager, and instead insisted they each rotate a week at a time for nothing other than their normal pay, and still expect you to perform you normal 40 hours a week day job. This is just insane, and a number of qualified employees left because of this action.

1. Managers believe in non delivery of products. They only support Group-ism. 2. Mangers prefer female candidates while recruiting. 3. Managers allow female candidates to work lesser & push male candidates to more work (they say it Agile Methodology)
