      Pros

      higher than average salary, excellent opportunity for advancement, remote employment opportunities

      Cons

      ever changing leadership, too much outsourcing, revolving door employees. If there's one thing about Allscripts that is consistent, it's inconsistency. Buggy products (TouchWorks), poor support (TouchWorks). You think you are safe - and you get "the call". Totally out of the blue.

      Pros

      Love the team I work on The manager I directly report to is open, honest, and a joy to work for Friendly employees/teammates Good pay with raises most every year Good work/life balance (but this varies greatly by team)

      Cons

      No transparency No opportunity for bonuses unless you're in Sales Upper management/executive team do not seem to value employees all that much Recent lay-offs Aside from decent medical and retirement benefits, there are no benefits that really "wow" Touts a healthy lifestyle but does little to help employees achieve this

      Good communication training, Better salaries, Free transport, good facilities

      Cons

      Confused and ever changing process, every small mistake can lead your job at risk, hectic job for support, management is ever ready to blame the employees for anything without ever knowing the whole story, not a stable company anymore, very monotonous that you will forget your skills.
