Software always released with known bugs. Process constantly changing. People not accountable. Management lies blatantly to staff. Not easy to advance. Pay is not great and titles mean nothing. Pushing to off-shore as much as possible. Employees are monitored at all times for productivity electronically.

The organization doesn't take action for employees that are paid under their minimum salary range. They would rather hire a new employee without experience at a higher rate of pay than someone that has years of experience. If you are looking for a short term opportunity, this is the place to go.
