The benefits are pretty good. The pay is pretty good. The company seems to be doing pretty well financially. Telecommuting is common.

Cons

The whole heathecare industry is now tied to Obamacar

Pros

Good benefits average pay. Depending on your function you may be able to work from home - I was full time remote since jan 2012 but it's very mgr specific. If you have a healthcare background, and already have the domain experience, it's great. If you are new to healthcare IT then you will struggle.

Cons

No real path for promotions as a BA, outside of moving to a completely different role. Constant reorgs are the standard. Very long hours and very little work life balance.

Good Salary, Good benefits, matching 401k and generous vacation time.

Cons

VERY in personal "on-boarding" process. Everything is done via Emails and a maze of web sites.
