      Not a bad place to work, but definite room for improvement

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, direct management is generally pretty good. Time off requests are handled without a problem and, depending on the team, there are some fun non-work celebrations.

      Cons

      Senior management is pretty incompetant, out of touch with the employees. Salaries are not competitive with market sometimes and internal opportunities aren't as great as the should be.

      Fellow employees are pleasant and dedicated to resolving customer issues. Every work day is different and challenging. Customers are appreciative.

      Cons

      Decisions are being made from a distant board room to cut manpower in the field to dangers levels. As a result employees are sometimes put in a position to fail. Customer satisfaction is being compromised by low manpower levels.
