      Stable job, hardly pressure at work

      Cons

      no career growth at all. Never motivated, hardly recognized.. Work for 5,10, 15,20,25,30.35 years.. but you are just another guy and no recogniztion either $$ way or otherwise

      Pros

      Eclipsys provides and excellent work life balance and competative benefits and compensation. The company is well positioned in an industry that provides significant opportunities.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, working for Eclipsys feels like working for an very average company with average coworkers. While they tend to be competant very few employees actually stand out and in general there is a lack of passion for the work they do. Poor communication makes things worse the organization would benefit greatly from better colaboration between the many geograpically diverse development groups.

      Horrible people management - Advancement appears to be based solely upon favoritism. If your viewpoint differs from management, you're gone.
