Pros

Flexible work environment - you could work from home or work late or get comp time depending on your manager to fulfill your job responsibilites. Great health benefits. I have kids and only had to pay my co pay at the doctor's office

Cons

Environment is extremely siloed. It is very difficult to find out what going on in other departments. Because of this it is very difficult to make any kind of moves. IF you want to explore other jobs you'll probably have to leave the company

Pros

Focus on innovation. Room to advance and fly. Great management. Glen's the man. Even as an intern was able to take on as much responsibility as i could handle. The company is very focused on fostering innovation and has a great culture. These guys are at the forefront of the electronic healthcare industry, and by working there was a great learning experience. I had access to people at all levels even the senior management.

Cons

At times projects are a bit disorganized.

Pros

The industry it operates in; the IT HC space makes it a lucrative place to work. The CEO of the company has great vision and is the right person to put the company at the next level.

Cons

Lack of respect by the Senior Management towards their employees. The CEO/BODs need to closely watch some of their executive's leadership style- the CEO does not get the right picture most of the times. Employees working for some leaders are victims of the pathetic leadership style - they are 'scared to death', are openly abused on conference calls and are wrongly blamed for things.
