Great pay, wonderful benefits, improving organization culture. Interesting work, company poised to take lead in global industry.

Cons

Large and spread out,you will not be promoted fast unless you actively press for promotion. Make sure you use this company for everything you can to boost your value in marketplace.

Flexible work schedule, good advancement opportunities if you put in the effort

Cons

Too much emphasis on moving positions abroad without considering the quality of support from the offshore folks, and the lack of consideration of the customer base wanting the support left in the US. Required to work after hours without compensation.
