somewhat reasonable benefits if you're a male you'll have no problems

Cons

completely discriminatory against women. male dominated management has derogatory comments regarding women who are at or beyond their male counterparts level of expertise. director lacks any technical proficiency however is very bias again when it comes to women

Management is hypocritical -- sends surveys, doesn't listen or follow-up to realistic suggestions. There is no work-life balance despite the 'program du jur' from HR trying to spin otherwise. Do not expect or anticipate any type of bonus or promotion in the near or far future, regardless of your true performance, knowledge, satisfaction with clients, etc.
