Pros
There was vision and commitment. Clients came first and innovation was encouraged and supported. The company offered great benefits to employees and was streamlining cross team collaboration and knowledge. The mood was generally positive.
Cons
Veradigm took over from within in 2023, and the vision is sharply different and deliberately secretive and enigmatic. They might end up being great, but in the first few months, that is not the impression they give.

Working late often, long workweeks No life/work balance No HR representatives you can speak to unless through email OT hours not paid out on corresponding pay periods Impossible to be paid a living wage (even with annual raises, that are a very small percentage) Zero employee relations/ horrible communication with upper management. Always understaffed

I have given interview for SQL DBA and manager said you will receive a call from HR. After sometime I get mail to submit documents for 2nd round HR interview process, after submitting all the documents now they say me our budget is too low, If the company budget doesn't fit the criteria then why they have scheduled my interview process and taken all the docs. They are wasting candidate time as well as playing with candidate feelings.
Cons
Company doesn't provide any benefits as well as they cry for salary give.
