Old technologies, Unstable financial status

1)HR wont take any action even after complaining about the problem multiple times 2)Higher management is worried about there own career , but not worried about the people who are working under. 3)Leadership doesn't take any action even after complain about the Managers in skip level meeting waste of bring up the problem with them. 4)Around 5 to 6 people in my team left the company ,also each of them mentioned the problem in our Exit interview still no action take instead that manager got the promotion. 5)If you are career oriented and wanted to work on new technology then this is not the company.

Favoritism due to few bad managers

Upper management makes decisions based upon longevity at the company. It doesn't matter how much education or certifications you have, you can be gone when it is time to cut. Upper management is out of touch with users until they get told off at a conference. If the techs say it sucks, then believe them. UpMangmt will come back and have the monitoring police listening to every phone call trying to improve customer service. Customer service is not the issue. Lack of trained technical people is the issue.

There are frequent re-orgs and poorly executed M&As that have put the organization in financial disarray. Developers leave because the organization does a poor job investing in new technology, leaving developers feeling uninspired and often looking for employment elsewhere.
