1. Company transport 2. Company provides additional benefits for those who bought home. 3. Education Assistance program. 4. Great perks and remunerations I have been working here for more than 4 years now, and I don't see any reasons to find another job. Overall I am happy working here. This is a great company to work, you will get opportunity to work on latest technologies. Company has a lot of great perks and remuneration.s

Pros

Good management team. Development and QA teams get along very well. Company is focused on keeping its employees happy. Allscripts does a lot of fun activities such as cookouts, and charitable events. Strong products in the market place.

Cons

Very old Microsoft technology stack. Tech stack is based on VB 6 from 1999. Microsoft retired VB 6 about 2005. Unfortunately since the tech stack is so antiquated it is a bit of a career killer. Technology skills quickly erode in this environment. There is not a lot of motivation by senior management to invest in new technology.

Very Less onsite opportunities. Invest more in latest technology else may product become out dated in some years.

* Can work from home if manager allows. * Have free cab facility. * Exposure to new technologies in some projects.

Cons

* Few project have very limited exposure to new technologies. * Few project will ask you to compensate the time however company policy never says that.
