Pros
Good starting salaries to attract and retain new employee and good PTO days.
Cons
Raises are almost non-existent once you reach 75% of your salary band. A lot of jobs are being sent to India and Ireland. micro-managing of employees. The culture at Allstate has changed dramatically, it used to feel like a family, now strictly business.
